Only a short drive from Brisbane we travel to the Beenleigh Historical Village for a guided tour and morning tea.
The open air village features early Australia memorabilia, collections of items and even entire buildings which have been lovingly preserved and restored.
You will feel like you have stepped back in time.
The old fashioned Gem Hotel is our lunch venue today before a rural drive to Redland Bay where we visit the Redland Museum.
Then its back on the coach for a well-deserved rest as we head home.
