As Caloundra’s only Amphibious Environmental Tour, we are pleased to showcase the unique location right here on the southern end of the Sunshine Coast in South East Queensland. Join Sunstate Tours for a day that takes you out into Pumicestone Passage on the north western side of Bribie Island where you will be able to see and learn about the History, Flora and Fauna which abounds our region. The Passage abounds with over 350 species of migratory and regional birds. Other marine life including the occasional dugong, dolphin and turtle can be spotted.
All this whilst riding on our own piece of history; That’s right, the Larc V is a working piece of history originally built in the 1960’s the Larcs are war veterans and like many of their sister ships they have a lifetime of achievements under their belt many of which were right here on our door step.
Prior to boarding the Larc we will have Morning tea, after our 2 hour tour we land at the Power Boat Club on the shore of Pumicestone Passage for a hot lunch with dessert, enjoyed with views of the passage.
After a lovely lunch we head for home.
