I want to let you know how much our Probus Club members enjoyed the outing to Mount Tamborine with Sunstate Coaches for our Christmas in July Luncheon I have had very positive feedback, and even members who were unable to attend have told me that they had heard what a wonderful day it was.

The venue and the food at the Heritage Winery Estate was excellent and they looked after us very well. It is a beautiful place and was decorated beautifully for Christmas in July.

Adam, our driver on the day is an excellent driver and a very polite and pleasant young man.

Thank you Geof for your help in organising this trip and making it such a memorable day.

Dear Geoff,
On behalf of our Probus Club I wish to extend a big thank you for the excellent day we all had out driving up to Tamborine. Noel, the Bus Driver, could not have done more to make the day so enjoyable. The Heritage Winery was an excellent venue, full of history, and perfect for our Christmas in July, plus being served a lovely meal.
We now look forward to our trip with you over to Stradbroke in September, with Noel the Driver if possible.
Thank you once again, and I also wish to thank you for your consideration re reducing the cost for yesterday due to the very unfortunate sadness of one of our member's death. I passed on your sympathy to the husband which he so appreciated.

Hi Geof
A big thank you for today's successful tour to Port of Brisbane & Newstead House. The first ever trip for the village.

A special thank you also to Sam for the day especially the way in which you were both able to change the lunch venue etc so quickly. While there was disappointment at not getting to Brekky Creek, these things happen and there was nothing to complain about at 'Gallopers'. There were only good reports from all on the bus at the efficiency of the day.

The coach itself was comfortable also.

I hope to use you again this year and will get back to you re the other trips discussed. I expect I am going to get many requests for more day trips when our planner is already full for the year!. However, we will see.

Even though we did thank the lady at 'Gallopers' for her quick service etc it would be appreciated if you could pass on our congratulations once more on handling the sudden influx of people efficiently.

The gentleman at the Port was also extremely passionate about his workplace and can see him doing those tours for many more years to come.

We look forward to seeing Sam again also.

On behave of our Probus Club and our members I would like to Thank You for all your help with organizing our outing to Bribie Island last Thursday 20th April 2017.
All members enjoyed the day very much, morning tea along the waterfront went well as did the visit to the Community Art Centre.
Lunch at Sandstone Point Hotel was a huge success and most of our members hadn’t been there before.
Also a big shout out to our Coach Captain John who did an excellent job getting us to Bribie Island and back home safely.
I look forward to being in touch with you for our next outing in June.
If possible could we request John to be our driver again as his friendliness and his help with our members was much appreciated.
Thank You once again and look forward catching up with you again in the near future.

What a great day for all who took part. There were smiles a dozen.

Hi Darren,

Thank you so much for your assistance with this event. We are in the processing of gathering some thank you messages from the families who attended and will arrange to get those to you with a presentation plaque.

The families had such a great day and John was a great host, being especially thoughtful of the families and the distance that they may have to walk. This was appreciated as one of our 15 year old patients on the day had only had cancer treatment the day before and was feeling incredibly tired at the end of the day.

I would like to say a HUGE thank you to our driver NOEL for taking us (Southport RSL Sub Branch) to the Toowoomba Festival of Flowers yesterday. He was the best driver and such a great personality. He gave us brilliant commentary both on the drive and when we arrived at all the fabulous gardens. He even had a few hidden gems up his sleeve, much to the delight of the die hard gardeners on the bus. So much knowledge and many happy guests. Thank you Noel - you made the outing so memorable for a lot of people.

We are now back to Germany and we have promised to report about our bus tour.

We are happy to report that the Mannheim Symphonic Youth Orchestra had the great chance to travel with Sam and Dave, the best bus drivers ever. They managed to cope with our group so well, they were interested, they helped us whenever they could, we had lovely chats and all of our children accepted them and liked them very much. It was a big advantage to have both of them on our tour from Brisbane via Port Maquarie and Sydney to Canberra. We could already say that we have got new friends.

We remember Sam organising many platters of sandwiches on a sunday because there was a order missing. We remember Sam being in the audience in two of our concerts, we liked his jokes and the introduction to Australian slang. Both Sam and Dave were absolutely reliable, in time, they were always friendly and helped us to solve tour problems. They even helped to find a solution in order to fetch a lost violin in Sydney; and all the help they offered was always of a polite kindness. Even our teenagers and young adults were impressed by the way they did their job.

Sam and Dave contributed a lot to the fact that we all had the feeling that our tour to Australia was a great success.

Just a short note to let you know what a wonderful trip we had, Geof thank you again for arranging a Vegan Meal for one of you group member. The meal at the RSL was just wonderful, no complaints from any one, made my day. Your driver Michael was very accommodating and the tour guides very informative. We, the Deaf Seniors would like to say a 'big thank you' to Sam (at least I have got his name correct this time) the coach driver.

As he was an excellent driver. He was courtesy, kind & helpful with us the Seniors yesterday.

The trip to Mt Tamborine was so beautiful & enjoyable.

Sadly there will be no more trips for us this year.

I would just like to say Thank you for the bus services you offered while we were there. Apart from my stuff up with the Movieworld day, which was cleared up quickly and easily by the driver we had the day before (I cant remember his name, his card is at home - but he was terrific), the buses were where we wanted on time, clean and tidy with very friendly and helpful drivers.

I will be recommending your company to anyone I know who needs buses on the coast.
